Delivery UK mainland

Standard items

  • Standard delivery service is free on most* orders over £120.00† ex VAT/ £144.00 in VAT.
  • £4.95 delivery charge for orders £50.00 and under† ex VAT
  • Some items cannot be shipped by Standard or Next Day.

Large and heavy items e.g. furniture

  • Pallet deliveries will be charged at £55.00 per pallet and delivered kerbside
  • Assisted delivery charges can be quoted on request

  • £20.00 per order up to 25Kg (two to three day service)

Channel Islands

    All-in-One with set up delivery

    When you order our All-in-One Package with set up delivery, you will be offered our Abudii assembled service, where a specialist carrier will:

    1. De-box, unwrap and assemble
    2. Position the goods to your desired location
    3. Clear all bulky packaging for your convenience

    Returned goods

    Should you find your purchase unsatisfactory, you have a 14-day window from the date of purchase to initiate a return. The item/s must remain unused, in their original packaging, fully intact, and subject to a comprehensive inspection by our warehouse manager before a refund or replacement is processed according to your preference. Depending on the item's size and weight, particularly for heavy cooking and refrigeration appliances, a minimum restocking charge of 25% may be applicable, at the discretion of Abudii.

    Please be aware that, given the perishable nature of our food and beverage items, all such products are non-refundable unless deemed faulty. Additionally, customised products are also non-refundable.

    For damaged or unchecked items, please report the issue within 24 hours of delivery.

    If you wish to initiate a return, kindly log into your account to request your return number. Alternatively, you can send an email to

    IMPORTANT: Spares, special order items (e.g., stainless steel items, tables, sinks, canopies, and furniture), and non-stock items made to order cannot be returned. Crockery, glassware, cutlery, chef knives, and all A Grade items are also non-returnable. Opened, marked/soiled, damaged, or used goods are eligible for a partial refund (not exceeding 70% of the purchase price) following assessment by Abudii.

    For clothing or shoes, they must be in the original packaging, folded, and presented as received; damaged packaging will not be accepted.
